A new interpretation of lager beer: ultimate savor thanks to finest hop and dry-hopping.
Bottom-fermented lager beer, bright yellow with a characteristic, floral, slightly apple-scented touch of hop in the style of Pilsner beer. Well-balanced and delicate hop bitterness, well-rounded and pleasant finish. Made from finest aromatic hop, which is partly handpicked and selected by our hop growing partner Josef Bentele from Tettnang at Lake Constance.

Fruity and fresh delicious wheat beer. Top-fermented, naturally cloudy Hefeweizen, full of character and of light amber color, yeast-clouded, with extremely fine, stable head. Distinct fruit flavor with a citrus- and banana-like touch, and a spicy taste of cloves and vanilla. Crisp with full, smooth body. Delicate bitterness at the finish, with distinct freshness. The top-fermented yeast used for this beer ferments at higher temperatures and produces specific metabolic products, which give this beer its fruity flavor.

Its slightly sweet flavor has been well-balanced with harmonically integrated hop bitterness. Brewed with hops from Hallertau.

Low fermented beers as Lager are most common in our region. Why not brew a Lager with a pronounced hop flavor, but not as bitter as a Pils ? Our answer: HOPPLA! Hoppy Lager. 5 different traditional hops are added during cooking and dry-hopping and give a floral and herbal flavor with slightly notes of citrus. Oops - what a scent in the nose!
